PERSONALITY
CUNNING | RESILIENT | HARDWORKING 
Theo is a hard working witch. She spent most of her life attempting to live up to a family legacy that she was never going to be able to reach. Her mother was a powerful witch and she always wanted to be like her. Theo does everything that she can to prove herself to others, usually at the cost of her personal relationships and her own happiness. Theo worked for years to be as powerful as possible. During her coming of age ceremony, Theo was revealed as an herbalist. When she is feeling particularly stressed out or needs to feel reconnected with the world, she can typically be found digging in the dirt or working on some potion to relax her nerves.
Theo holds onto grudges and finds that people can be unreliable. Due to this, she has very few lasting connections and rarely goes out of her way to interact with new people. She has trouble controlling her face when people are annoying her and usually this leads to people finding her cold or rude. When she is working for the betterment of her school, Theo can be surprisingly charming and sweet. This usually leads to her having to spend time alone with her familiar afterwards talking about how annoying humans are.
HISTORY
Theodora was born as a result of, per her mother "the one night I decided to cut loose and have fun. Big mistake." Theodosia met Xavier at a bar, recognized each other as a witch and ended up in the bathroom stall. Theodosia contacted him when she found out that she was pregnant and he stepped up as a parent. When he proposed, Theodosia apparently laughed at him. Theodora was named after her mother and given her mother's last name. Theo was raised primarily with her mother, taught from a young age that she was going to be the next in line to run Our Lady of Water. Our Lady was, in Theo's opinion, the true love of her mother's life. Theo was allowed to spend weekends with her father, able to have some of that parental compassion in her life before going back to be with her mother.
When Theo was eighteen, she graduated from her home school program (as if the daughter of Theodosia Carabella would go to a public school) and was accepted to Our Lady of Water Academy. During her coming of age ceremony, armed with her familiar Eriliann by her side, she was able to go through her Coming of Age ceremony. During this, she was revealed as an herbalist and set on the path of learning how to utilize potions and herbs as a witch. It was also during this time she met her cohort sisters; Temperance and Tippy.
Theo wasn't particularly willing to engage with the other two, but given how insidious Our Lady can be, allies weren't something she was really willing to pass up on. Temperance and Theo banded together quickly, mostly out of annoyance of their third cohort. There was always tension with Theo towards Tempy however, because of how close Tempy and Theodosia became. Theo had to watch as her mother gave Temperance all of the love and affection that she craved from her mother. Dedicated to show her mother how strong of a witch she was, Theo dove into her studies and practicing her work.
After her graduation from Our Lady, Theodora continued studying and learning everything out there about magical herbs and potion crafting. Theo even resorted to learning from local druids and pursued an education in botany in order to learn more about her craft. When she turned twenty-eight, her mother announced that she would be stepping down from Our Lady of Water. Theodora graduated with her masters degree and raced back to the hallowed halls of Our Lady to accept her role as the next leader of the young witches.
Except, her mother announced that Temperance would take control of the school. Effectively devastating Theodora. Without direction, Theodora spent a year living in New Orleans working at a shop selling her abilities and crafts to anyone who would pay. She would craft potions to werewolves, protection charms for the vampires. She was listless and just didn't know what to do with her life. It was then she met the Robespierre Family. The leaders of the new world and was offered a position at Robespierre Academy. They knew of her mother and understood the power of having a Crowley in charge.
Theodora took the position, helping to craft the school into the welcoming and inviting environment that she was never able to have at Our Lady. Of course, she had some ulterior motives in wanting to show her mother that she could not only run a school, but that she would run it better than Temperance would be able to run Our Lady.
