A New city a new life! Well... not so much a new city, but Henri liked to think of it as new and shiny still, with different things every time you left the gated of Oak Hill! she much preferred the actual city to Oak Hill but the community of Oak Hill was a godsend for both Henri and Dean. Henri still remembered when they had come to New Orleans and begged to be let in. It took some time but they managed to weasel their way in. And by they, I mean Dean did all the work.
Henri however was always very thankful to the Robespierre family and to Dean for getting her where she was. Safe. She wished London had a place like Oak Hill and perhaps with the Supernatural community coming out from the shadows, it could. Perhaps if something like that did happen, Henri would have an excuse to see home. Sure it was hell, being in hiding all the time with Dean protecting her but she longed to see the streets of London at least one more time before truly saying goodbye. But alas! Her new home was always and forever would be with, Dean.
Henri had managed to get a job at some Vampire's bar, called "The Rising Sun." What a name, right? Henri got a kick out of it anyway. She was actually just getting off shift and she was expecting to see Dean at home.
The streets were empty, what with it being three thirty in the morning. She was always getting home around three, sometimes four, in the morning. After all, she worked at a bar for night dweller. No, not vampire specific but there sure were a hell of a lot of them attempting to get drunk. Or, find a willing meal. Either way, work was work and it was some extra cash in Henri's pocket to help fuel her more expensive tastes.
"Oh, Darlin'!" Henri called, putting on her best 'southern' accent, if you could even call it that. "I'M HOME." She yelled, slamming the door behind her. This was the common routine Henri had picked up, but she took to a new accent and a new phrase every night. Normally when Henri got home Dean was asleep. Key word being; 'was'.
### NOTES: I'm terrible at starters.
