PERSONALITY

Dean is probably the most loyal and dedicated person to walk the halls of Oak Hill. He is dedicated to his pack and believes that he is part of a family there. With his loyalty comes a fair amount of passion for the pack and their members. He will do anything for someone who he cares about and this can even come across as being violent or downright crazy for others. He does not handle injustice or inequality when it comes to the people he's sworn to protect and will at times have an extreme reaction to these things. An example would be a boy who broke his sister's heart when they were in their twenties. Henri wanted to forgive and forget, Dean locked the young man in the trunk of his car and shot randomly at it until he apologized. The boy was returned home unharmed, but Dean was sure that his message came across.
Dean believes firmly that the werewolves have ascended to their rightful place at the top of the food chain and will do anything that he can to keep that. Dean was not born into the Oak Hill pack, so at times he can feel like an outsider to the Americans, but he is dedicated to doing everything that he can to prove that he and his sister have a place there.
HISTORY
Dean was born in London, England to loving werewolf parents. His parents were proud of what they were, but the packs in England were not as formidable as their American counterparts so there was no formal pack structure. His parents raised him and his sister to be strong, to be loyal, and to believe that there would be a time where werewolves would be able to take over their communities and no longer live in secret. Dean went to his primary schools, made friends with other werewolf children and even some humans. He attended university and played rugby for their team, but was eventually expelled for his violent behaviors on and off the field. When he was twenty-five, everything in his life changed.
The hunter community in London was becoming brazen, they were openly murdering supernatural creatures and seemed to go unnoticed by the community. When Dean was twenty-five his parents were both killed late at night when they were coming home from a shop they ran. Dean and his sister were safe, but in that instant were left alone. Without a pack to cling to, the two decided to move to the United States and find the Oak Hill pack. They decided on Oak Hill because of how powerful the pack had become and hoped that there would be a space for them there.
After a mountain of paperwork and numerous bribes to officials, Dean and Henri were able to immigrate to the United States and move to New Orleans, Louisiana. There Dean became dedicated to being useful to the pack that gave him a new home and was willing to take care of him and his sister. Dean now works as an enforcer to Oak Hill, mostly dishing out punishments to vampires who don't want to respect the new laws of the land, or humans who want to try to restore how the world was before. Dean enjoys his job and believes that if he works hard enough, he'll be able to have a position of power within Oak Hill.
