Jackson would be the go to model for the word 'Optimistic'. He's always a hopeful breath of fresh air, although sometimes in the more dire situations it tends to get on peoples nerves. He's a bit awkward and doesn't catch on to a few certain social ques such as when someone needs or wants to leave a conversation, he tends to keep rambling on unless bluntly told to stop. He warms up to people very easily although they don't usually do the same to him. He is the world champion of obliviousness when it comes to hints and clues. He doesn't flirt and actually gets very flustered when anyone tries to flirt with him because he doesn't know how to properly respond to such a thing. He is very protective of those he grows especially close to and since he warms up very easily to people, he might not realize they don't feel the same about him, because of this he has come to realize he needs to be more careful about who he gets close to but he's still working on that part. The best way to picture Jackson would be to compare him to the most lovable dog, who -despite getting attention daily- will always ask for more unless bluntly told no.
HISTORY
Born in Louisiana, Jackson and his brother James were always very, very close. Jackson was the good child and James was the bad boy. James was always getting everyone into trouble and dragging poor Jackson along with him but Jackson never mined the trouble. Eventually the trouble grew to a point where their parents ended up having to send James off to Military school, hoping it would help to improve his attitude while Jackson was left alone. Now, no longer being dragged everywhere by his brother he was unsure of what to do so he went to college and became a history major. On his little adventures he became acquainted with a girl, only a few years younger then him who was on her own. Taking a liking to the girl he became fast friends with her, even though she was constantly trying to push him away. Whenever he would 'tag' along on her adventures she'd get them in some sort of trouble, hoping it would chase him off but having been dragged around by his brother, he was used to it and in fact enjoyed it. After a bit of that he grew to have a rather large crush on the girl but before he actually worked up the common sense to do anything about it, she disappeared and broke his heart. Eventually he graduated and landed a job at the bran new Robespierre Academy. He had heard about the Supernatural community coming out but he still wasn't sure what to think of it until he got the job as their new History teacher.
